Search Modes:
Quick - Normal search scope, includes patent file history data as well as PTAB proceedings.
PTAB Only - Only searches the PTAB database (useful when searching parties with large patent portfolios).
PTAB Decisions - Text search of PTAB decisions. Example: "settled expectations".
PTAB Attorney Name - Searches PTAB proceedings where the search term appears as lead counsel. If searching a full name, use "Last, First" format. Quotation marks are not required.
Prosecution Attorney Search - Structured USPTO search for matters where a particular attorney is listed as having power of attorney.
Recent Discretionary Decisions - Retrieves all Director discretionary denials/referrals.
Settled Expectations Search - Shortcut for a PTAB Decisions search for opinions addressing "settled expectations".
Pending Director Review Search - Shortcut for a search of cases awaiting a Director Review decision.

Create Full Family Visualization - Opens a new tab with a zoomable family timeline and export options. Can take ~2 minutes for large families.
Analyze Priority Chain - Opens a new tab analyzing ancestor family members to uncover potential priority chain issues.
File History Features:
Generate Prosecution History Report - Invokes an AI agent to summarize the content of file history documents. Can take ~3 minutes.
Prior Art Features:
Locate Uncited References - Analyzes prior art references cited in other US and foreign family members looking for references missing on the face of the patent.
PTAB Search Features:
Check For Mention In PTAB Proceedings - Searches for citations to the patent in PTAB proceedings (e.g. where the subject patent was cited as prior art).
PTO search syntax:
? = any single character (e.g., "El?n")
* = zero or more wildcard characters (e.g., "Lego*")
"" = exact phrase match (e.g., "Sound View")
